Featuring our Geraldine’s Coffee Negroni:
1oz Waterloo Old Yaupon Gin
1 oz Coffee-Infused Campari
1 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth
Coffee Bitters
Macadamia Nut Spritz

Method: Combine ingredients over ice in mixing glass.
Stir, strain over ice (or large cube if available) in Rocks glass.
Garnish: Orange peel, expressed and inserted.
