Must cancel by 4 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a fee equivalent to one night’s room and tax. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Cabana rental will be scheduled for the day of your arrival by our hotel concierge. Cabanas are nontransferable and nonrefundable. In the off chance early check-in is unavailable, guests will receive complimentary luggage storage. Hotel Van Zandt adds a $29.95 (plus tax) Guest Amenity Fee per room per night.
